The Reformer
The Reformer allows for a full range of motion, making it excellent for increasing flexibility while building strength. By pushing and pulling against the resistance of springs, the carriage, and your own body weight, this unique full-body workout goes beyond traditional mat Pilates. Holding cables with your hands or feet enables your muscles to extend fully, helping improve flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, and the mind-body connection.
The Wunda Chair
The Wunda Chair tones your entire body from head to toe and enhances balance by challenging muscles through bodyweight, coordination, and spring resistance. It’s a versatile piece of equipment ideal for both seated and standing exercises, designed to build strength and stability.
The Tower & Springboard
The Tower and Springboard incorporate a variety of springs and bars that allow you to perform standing and lying exercises targeting strength, flexibility, and control. These apparatuses are great for deepening your Pilates practice by providing support and resistance to challenge your muscles and improve alignment.
The Barrels
The Barrels are specially shaped apparatuses designed to enhance spinal mobility, open the chest, and improve posture. They provide gentle support for stretching and strengthening exercises, making them ideal for increasing flexibility and relieving tension in the back and shoulders.
One-to-One and Duet Pilates Sessions
One-to-one and duet sessions are ideal for building a solid understanding of Pilates’ core principles—concentration, control, centering, and proper breathing. Every Pilates movement, when practiced correctly, starts from your centre (the abdomen), stays connected to it, and ends there.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or want to focus on a specific area to improve flexibility, strength, and body alignment for better posture, these personalized sessions offer a safe and supportive environment tailored to your unique needs and goals.
If you want guidance on mastering a particular Pilates move or deepening your practice, a one-to-one session can provide the expert support you need.
