“It all started when I was struggling with hip pain from running, and my consultant recommended I find a different form of exercise to build strength around my hip. That’s when I discovered Pilates. From my very first class, I knew it could be life-changing. Within just a month, my hip pain improved significantly, and after a few months, it had almost completely disappeared. Pilates doesn’t work miracles—but it comes pretty close!”
Sue is highly regarded by local physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, with whom she works closely to support clients through tailored injury rehabilitation.
SG Pilates offers a variety of sessions including group Mat Pilates classes, one-on-one and one-to-two sessions, as well as mini groups. Pilates Mat and Reformer sessions are available for individual and duet clients. Sue teaches weekly gentle Pilates classes suitable for beginners through to intermediate and advanced levels.
All of Sue’s workouts are thoughtfully designed to be challenging, motivating, and effective—consistently delivering results.
